#1 – Aloe Vera

Although you can find aloe vera at your local pharmacy or drug store, getting it organic is usually best. Aloe plants are pretty easy to find and don’t require any maintenance that plants usually need. To use the gel from the plant, simply break off a small piece of one leaf, peel the outer part to have the gel burst out. Then, gently message the natural aloe gel on your damaged skin.
For best results, keep the gel on your face for at least 30 minutes before washing it off with water.
